How to group reviews by language input (layout)?

Hey,

I have a custom deck with Greek words. One side is English, one side Greek.

Is there any way to group these for lessons/reviews so I don’t need to constantly flip input method between them?

You can change the reorder settings to sort by layout. You can find the reorder settings by clicking on the shuffle icon at the top right:
