This is somehow a similar request to [Feature Idea] Do Reviews Right Now.
Imagine this scenario: you’re too busy to do the pile of reviews you have at the moment, but you want to at least take care of those items you learned 4/12/whatever hours before. The system would make sure to organize the list of reviews in SRS order, so that those on a lower SRS level would be prioritized.
Even now, I have 90 reviews. I don’t feel like doing them because I just did 40 on another deck. But at least, I wanted to take care of those 20 items I learned 4h ago.
Plot twist: I’m writing this instead of doing reviews.
