I’ve been noticing that instead of typing kana, sometimes I start typing in full-width latin characters. If I close and reopen the keyboard it fixes it.
It happens for Readings and Meanings, but meanings get accepted as usual with the full-width text.

That’s quite the odd bug. Did it only start happening recently? If so do you perhaps remember when you first had the problem?
This happens while using the English keyboard on your iPad?
I’m not sure, but I think it must have been a few weeks ago at least.
It should be the English keyboard. I did wonder whether it could be a bug in the keyboard itself.
