Personally I have a private deck I’m using for nsfw vocab with no plans to publish it, but I’m curious if publishing it would be allowed at all (and whether it’s allowed in a private deck, for that matter). If publishing it is allowed, would there be a way to age gate the deck? Sorry if this information is already on the site somewhere, I couldn’t find anything while looking on mobile.

There is no restriction on NSFW vocab. There is a restriction on NSFW imagery/media though, please do not publish that kind of content.
I think that there should be a NSFW/18+ tag either in the title or clearly in the description though. Other than that I see no problem with publishing NSFW vocabulary decks.
As for private decks, there are no restrictions, use it as you’d like. But please refrain from taking screenshots or similar that can make it look like Kitsun is a place for NSFW content.

Thanks! Is there/will there be a place where policies like this are written down? I’m glad to know I’m not breaking any rules with my private deck.

There isnt a specific place for them yet, mostly unwritten rules for now (aside from the message asking you to agree to not uploading copyrighted material when you decide to publish a deck). I’ll put it on the list of things to do
