Index multiple cards at once?

Hello,

Is there a way to mass change the index of all cards? I have a deck with 147 cards and manually changing the index by 1 or 10 is a bit time consuming, so I was wondering if there is a way where all the cards could have their index increased at once.

Alternatively is there a way to change the default to something besides -1 so that any new card added wouldn’t have -1 but the next number ?

Sadly, there is no way to do so at the moment. It is also one of my personal pet peeves, so it’s definitely on my list.
