Is there a way to create a personal copy of a deck so you can edit it?

Sorry for the late reply, Covid finally caught me 
Community decks can not be copied to a personal deck as of now. This is due to a few reasons:
- The feedback/propose changes system would not work if everyone is using their own (modified) copies of a deck.
- Server load. Often this would result in users copying huge decks like the 10k and not actually utilizing them or not even making changes.
- New users might be inclined to make a copy rather than use the community deck which is improved through the feedback system.
- Protecting the author (preventing that others take their hard work / content)
