I have tried to import my Anki deck and it gets stuck. The interface shows creating deck with a progress bar stucks at 0%. Is this bug known? Is there a way to circumvent it?

I had this issue, and I think it was because of the Anki export format. There was a setting to change it to the older format which works with mobile. I used that, and it works. Sorry I don’t have more details! If you use the android app to do the export, then you shouldn’t need to change any settings.
