Advanced Search - Hibernated Cards

Uncertain if this is a bug, but it seems to not work as it implies.

But when using advanced search, I specifically wanted to see all non-hibernated cards, but it only shows cards I’ve studied that are not hibernated, not all non-hibernated cards, as the functionality seems to suggest it would show.
