My streak is emtpy!
But it’s because I’ve set all my decks to inactive during exam season. Right now, I’m making cards for all the course material (usually either the textbook or powerpoints) for each of my subjects and then I cram all the cards I made in the 72 hours before the exam (effectively, only doing the first 4 levels of Kitsun and then hibernating that entire deck once I’ve passed the exam).
This has been good enough to give me good results in my first exams. But it’s embarrassing that the finals system encourages this. You’d think higher education systems would be more in-tune to spaced-repetition learning than kids on the internet trying to learn languages. I’ll be back to those once the exam season is over. It’s just sad that I will have forgotten most of the content I’m cramming a month from now because I won’t be tested on it more than once and the sheer amount of course material does not encourage continual learning of that sort.

Just the result of the Dark Reader extension which automatically makes most websites dark mode. I forgot to turn it off for Kitsun!

Dealt with siblings from yesterday and some beginner cards on Exposure and 10k today
Tomorrow is just 890 reviews, so gonna be much easier to deal with but maybe not so easy with the new GoW that just arrived for me today

And a reasonable amount of reviews for tomorrow! That beginner gotta go lower than that though xD I’ve been doing 10 lessons a day for Turkish in the past 3 days, so it’s a bit higher for now because of that too. Chinese is probably gonna wait for quite a while for me to get back to it. Maybe I will do some lessons just like on 10k to keep it fresh in my head

Kind of salty. Got more or less kidnapped by my parents at 6am, drove to relatives to celebrate new years (and late christmas) drove for four hours, spent like 6 hours there, then drove to their place. I got home in the middle of the night. Enough whining, got plenty of immersion in though. Missed the timer by an hour though.

I am but wee bab compared to every other post here,
Seeing you guys with thousands of reviews scares me, haha. Seems like it would take more time than I have, and I already spend so many hours on Japanese (here, wanikani, bunpro, and Kanji study, plus lessons.)

I have been doing more exposure and 10k lessons too recently 
I did miss a day in the beginning of January bc of the headache though
